How to Request Service or Maintenance on Patroleum.com

If you're experiencing issues with your equipment, site hardware, or need routine maintenance, submitting a service request is fast and easy through the Patroleum client portal.


Step 1: Log Into Your Portal

Go to www.patroleum.com and click Client Login at the top right.
Enter your login credentials to access your account.


Step 2: Submit a Ticket

Once logged in:

  • Click Support in the navigation menu.
  • Select New Ticket or Request Service.
  • Fill out the form with your issue, location, and any photos or notes.

Tip: Be specific so our techs can diagnose and resolve faster.


Step 3: Track Your Request

After submission, you’ll receive a confirmation email. You can check the status anytime under My Tickets.
